The design is a combination of agrarian and contemporary styles. With small building footprint it has everything needed for a comfortable lifestyle. With a lot of clean nature around it blends with it because of materials used during the construction.
The lake house also has many contemporary green features like hydronic radiant-heated floors, energy efficient lighting, controls and appliances, natural cross ventilation design, non-toxic materials, a central vacuum system for enhanced indoor air quality. McMahons Point – Small Free Standing House Renovation
This small, free-standing house renovated by Stanic Harding that can accommodate a small family of three who has now grown into four. California bungalow home is located in the conservation zone under the North Sydney Council. During the renovation and addition designed asymmetrical added to the roof plane. Contemporary expression that is added to the whole house looks. New Life / flowing into the large dining room and kitchen connected long white flat back yard and played with a built in seat so that owners can eat lunch outside while their children are playing near. Extravagant Apartment Design
This holiday apartment is located in Miami, so the owner of a beautiful Atlantic ocean views through the window. The design of this apartment is extraordinary and courageous. Who had become boring because a lot of style involved, and transitions between them. Apartment floor made of bamboo to add tropical, exotic touch of the overall display. Entry hall is a great example of symmetry with antique carpets and a large chandelier in the middle. The guest room has a large glass wall with the Atlantic ocean on the other side. It's full of contemporary furniture with the addition of two ancient chairs and two Oscar statues. Great apartment examples of how different styles can live together and produce a luxury appearance.
