Family Residence on the Existing Foundation of One Storey House

This project is two floors singe family residence built on the foundation of the existing one-story house. Located on the edge of the plateau near Genesee Park on Lake Washington has a large house overlooking the lake. Everything is designed to maximize the view. Not even closed the private backyard dependent on them. Glazed wall around the area allows room to capture views of the lake through the house while a seat in the back yard of this. The exterior is cladded in the pre-stained, tight-knot cedar siding. Windows and doors are thermally broken aluminum with a custom double wood doors hinged shaft located at the front door.
