This house is a fairly new development with a large lake. Located in one of the areas of undeveloped land on Lake Minnetonka, Locust Hills, this new house combines old-world aesthetics with material and color palette from the original state of Pennsylvania and clients include some of the exterior living space to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The client wants to achieve a sense of immortality and looked as if the house had been there for a hundred years and thanks to selecting materials such as architects managed to give life to this idea. This house, located on a narrow finger of land perched above the deep valley. Broad outlook and exposure of the ridge site, quiet, contemplative redwood forest shadows, refinement of a modern city dwelling, and tranquility of a desert things that describe this work.
